Staff were helpful, location was nice! There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like kyochabana minami senba, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was great place for exploring Osaka, loved it. The bed was good and there were an iron, an electronic key card and pay television in the room.
The room seemed pretty small.
